"Cultural Crossover" (youth exchange)

The project will take place between 15-21.1.2023 in Rzeszów, Poland

The "Cultural Crossover" program is based on non-formal methods. It is composed of social games, team building, workshops, and cultural visits. We will focus on sharing our cultures and skills with others and learning from each other while having a lot of fun! The project is an interactive 5-day program (+2 days for arrival and departure) focused on developing language and intercultural skills.

Objectives of the course:

Join the project and spend a fruitful time meeting new people from Hungary, Slovakia, and Ukraine! Break stereotypes, gain new knowledge, and develop yourself personally and professionally.

Number of participants: 28

Participating countries: Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, and Ukraine

Important info:

Accommodation, meals, and the program throughout the project are fully reimbursed according to the rules of the Erasmus + program through the project organizer.

Travel costs will be reimbursed to the participant for up to 180€.

Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip. Extremely important: The participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.

Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon total attendance of the program and presentation of all original (+return tickets) tickets, receipts, invoices, and boarding pass.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the participants or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant must take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
