We believe wellbeing should be shared, not pressured. 😊
Growth should feel possible, not overwhelming. 😤
And caring for yourself shouldn’t come at the cost of caring for the world around you. 🤗

📍 Rewriting the Norms, One Workshop at a Time! #NormShift meeting in Košice, Slovakia! 🇸🇰

We gathered with partners from across Europe to work on supporting youth in building alcohol-free and healthy lifestyles, especially in today’s digital world! 🌍

Over a few productive days, we:
🧩 Explored the learning modules of the project
💬 Took part in practical activities, reflection sessions & peer learning
🧠 Shared ideas on how to support young people through relevant, relatable tools
📝 Reviewed the toolkit, planned testing, and worked on the mentorship guide

From honest conversations to local inspiration, this meeting gave us the motivation to keep moving the project forward 🚶

🧠 “That’s just how it is.” You’ve probably heard that before, especially when it comes to gender roles. But normal doesn’t always mean helpful. 🚩

We’re taught a lot of things without ever asking for them. How to dress. How to act. What to hide. 🙃
Some of those “rules” are just habits passed down, not truths. And you don’t have to keep following them. 🔁

Here’s what matters instead:
✔️ You’re allowed to question what doesn’t sit right
✔️ You don’t have to fit anyone else’s version of “enough”
✔️ You’re allowed to grow into something that feels more like you 🌿

It’s a FACT was an Erasmus+ training course held from 11 to 19 November 2025 in Schaijk, the Netherlands, on media literacy and combating disinformation. Youth workers and young people from Greece, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Romania, Latvia, and Slovakia explored how fake news spreads, learning to identify manipulation techniques, confirmation bias, and the role of AI.
Participants co-created the It’s a FACT Toolkit, a practical resource with verification methods, media analysis guides, and activities to promote critical thinking. By the end, they were equipped with tools to design workshops and tackle misinformation in their communities.

Sun, sea, and shared values in Larnaca, Cyprus 🌊☀️
By the Mediterranean coast, participants from Slovakia and beyond came together to explore how to build peace and unity through meaningful workshops and engaging activities 🤝✨ We proved that borders may separate us—but shared values bring us closer.
