Forward Together

Project organization: Culti Multi

The training course will take place between 14th of April and 18th of April 2024 in Kalamata, Greece (bear in mind that the duration of project including travel days is 13.-19.04.)

In an age characterized by rapid technological developments, the essence of learning and education is changing
dynamically, making traditional educational models increasingly obsolete. It is imperative that we equip those
working in the youth sector with the skills, knowledge and insight needed to navigate this new landscape and
harness it to create inclusive and sustainable learning environments.

The project objectives

- Empower participants by giving them additional knowledge about non-formal learning, but also supporting them in understanding the importance of non-formal learning in empowering young people and shaping sustainable and inclusive communities.
- Introduce participants to digital tools and platforms, enabling them to effectively integrate technology and drive digital transformation of the services they offer to young people.
- Experiment with methodologies that enhance sustainability and integration in non-formal education environments, ensuring equal access and participation in the learning process.
- Facilitate the exchange of good practices and the creation of a network between both cooperating agencies and participants and the development of a united front to address challenges and develop skills through the implementation of joint actions and the exchange of good practices and tools.
- Contribute to the further recognition of the importance of non-formal learning, but also to the development and digital transformation of youth work.
