Project organization: YEPP

The training course will take place between 17.09.2024/23.09.2024 in Ekodrom Estate/Croatia.

The main theme of the project is enhancing well-being through the Internal Family Systems framework, mindfulness, and embodiment practices such as breath, movement, relaxation, and nature connection.

Objectives of the Project:

To pause and reflect on individual well-being.
To explore and apply the Internal Family Systems framework.
To integrate mindfulness and embodiment practices into daily life.
To cultivate resilience and sustainability in personal and communal ecosystems.
To promote an inclusive and compassionate society. 6. To contribute to sustainable social change for the common good.

Participating Countries: Germany, Slovakia, Italy, Croatia or Bulgaria

Who is the ideal participant in the project? :

Youth workers (18+).
Youth leaders and practitioners looking to enhance their engagement strategies.
Young people with a disadvantaged background.
Young people interested in enhancing their vision.
Youth from diverse backgrounds who are eager to overcome barriers.

Group requirements:

In particular, the group's role will be to actively participate in the project program in an effort to meet its defined objectives.

The secondary task will be to present Slovakia and its culture to be able to support the project requirements.

The selected participants are also required to attend the follow-up sessions that will be held online on ZOOM.

Important info:

Travel cost limits: reimbursed up to 250€ for participants who are traveling by airplane, 250€ for participants who are traveling by bus/train. Reimbursement will be done directly by the organizer (No money goes through YYSK)
Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip.

Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Croatia.
