📸 Me opening my Erasmus+ photo gallery “just for a minute” and suddenly reliving the whole project from day one 😭💙
The blurry group photos, random selfies, beautiful places, inside jokes, late-night moments… somehow every picture has a whole story behind it. 🥹
You may come back home with a full camera roll, but the best part is everything those photos remind you of: the people you met, the things you learned, and the memories you made along the way. ✨

ZenZone Open Mic 💜 Our participants shared the one piece of advice they would pass on to a friend: give yourself permission to rest, look for balance, and take care of yourself 🌿#zenzoneproject
🥲 How often do other people’s reactions influence the choices you make? 👀
Sometimes pressure is obvious. But sometimes it’s quieter; joining a trend because everyone else is doing it, laughing because you don’t want to stand out, replying when you need space, or sharing something because it feels expected. 🤔
Try asking yourself one simple question:
“What would I choose if nobody was watching?” 💭
Remove the likes. The reactions. The expectations. The fear of disappointing someone. Would your answer stay the same? 🗯
This isn’t about ignoring other people. It’s about noticing when their expectations start speaking louder than your own boundaries, comfort, or preferences. This week, catch yourself in one of those moments. Pause before reacting and check what you actually want. 🤗
💬 Do you think we make different choices when we know other people are watching?

😂 When you realise your project bestie is 10 years younger than you… but somehow you still have the exact same sense of humour. 🤝
One of the best things about Erasmus+? Age, background and where you come from quickly become just details. You meet people you might never cross paths with otherwise, and a few days later you are sharing inside jokes like you have known each other for years. ✨
Different generations, different experiences, same project chaos. And somehow… it works perfectly. 💙

🥹 Giving that Erasmus+ project a 5-star review because how else do you rate new places, amazing people, and memories you still talk about months later? ⭐
You apply for the project thinking it will be a nice experience… and suddenly you are travelling somewhere new, learning things you never expected, laughing with people who were strangers a few days ago, and wondering how the week went by so fast. 😭💙
That is the Erasmus+ effect: you come for the project and leave with stories, friendships, and a camera roll that needs its own storage plan. ✨

🇪🇺Words have power. And we’re learning how to use them. 💬
The youth exchange in Varna, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 was all about discovering how young people can make a difference in their communities.
Over 5 days, 26 young people from Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary came together to explore active citizenship, the European Youth Goals, storytelling and digital communication. 🎙️📱
Through creative workshops, podcast activities, video-making and intercultural exchange, they learned how to turn ideas into action, share stories and create positive change. 🌍💡
And of course, there were new friendships, cultural discoveries, lots of laughter and memories to take home. 🫶
Because change starts with a voice — and every voice deserves to be heard. ❤️
A huge thank you to everyone who made this experience unforgettable!

🌍 You got selected for an Erasmus+ project… now how do you actually make the most of it? 👀
Of course, travelling somewhere new is exciting, but the project is also about everything that happens once you get there. The conversations you have, the activities you join, the things you try, and the people you meet along the way. ✈️
Try stepping outside your comfort zone a little. Talk to someone you haven’t met yet, join an activity even if you’re unsure at first, ask questions, share your ideas, and stay curious about the different cultures and perspectives around you. 💬
And don’t wait for the experience to come to you. Sometimes starting a conversation, volunteering for something, or simply saying “I’ll try” can lead to some of the best moments of the project. 🌱
Before you go home, take some time to think about what you’re actually taking with you. Maybe it’s a new skill, a different perspective, new friends, or simply something you discovered about yourself. 🤝
You don’t need to do everything or be everywhere. Just be present, stay curious, and give yourself the chance to experience something new. 💛
What’s one thing you’d definitely want to do on your next Erasmus+ project? 👀

👀 Creativity doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. 🎨
Sometimes the pressure to make something “good” is exactly what stops us from creating. We erase, restart, compare ourselves to others… or decide we’re “not artistic” before we’ve even begun. 🥲
So try something different: make bad art on purpose. Give yourself 5 minutes. No erasing. No restarting. No trying to impress anyone. Let the lines be crooked, choose strange colours, make mistakes and see where they take you. 🤗
And when you’re finished, instead of asking “Is this good?”, try asking:
✨ Did I enjoy making it?
✨ What surprised me?
✨ What changed when I stopped trying to make it perfect?
Your challenge: make something imperfect today and leave it that way!🖌️

😅 “Don’t worry, we’ll figure it out somehow” unofficial Erasmus+ project management strategy.
And somehow… we usually do. 😂
Between last-minute changes, unexpected challenges, creative problem-solving and a little help from the team, things have a way of coming together. That is part of the experience too: learning to adapt, communicate, stay calm and find solutions together. Sometimes the best skills are the ones you never planned to practise. ✨

😌 When the project goes exactly according to plan… or somehow even better. Rare, but beautiful. ✨
Good vibes, smooth teamwork, unforgettable moments, and that little feeling of “wait… everything is actually working?!” 😭
Of course, every Erasmus+ project comes with its surprises, but sometimes all the planning, communication, and teamwork just clicks. And when it does? We enjoy every second of it. 🤗
