💻 Being online all the time has slowly become part of everyday life. 📱
Constant notifications, scrolling, switching between apps, and always taking in new information can leave us mentally exhausted without even noticing it. 💭
Sometimes we think we’re resting, but our brains are still processing content, reacting, and staying stimulated the entire time. Real rest is not always about doing nothing, sometimes it’s simply creating small moments with less noise, less pressure, and less input. 🌱
You don’t need to completely disconnect from the world. But your mind still deserves moments where it doesn’t have to constantly react, compare, consume, or keep up with everything around you! ✨

We recently gathered in Bohinj, Slovenia for our Transnational Project Meeting, where partners came together to continue developing the project and shape the next steps together. 🤝
The meeting focused on improving our toolkit, reviewing youth feedback from pilot testing, and creating learning experiences that feel more interactive, practical, and relatable for young people. 💬
A big part of the discussions was about how to make educational content more engaging and easier for youth to connect with in real-life situations. 🌱

✨ From 13th to 21st April 2026, we participated in the Erasmus+ project “The Power of Stories” in Puck, Poland. 🌊
🎥 The project focused on storytelling, sharing life experiences and creating digital stories through filmmaking. It was our first Erasmus+ experience and it gave us unforgettable memories, new friendships and the opportunity to discover different cultures. 🌍🤝
🏕️ During the project, we stayed by the Baltic Sea, visited Hel and explored the beautiful city of Gdańsk with its colorful old town and historical architecture. ✨
💡 We learned important skills such as teamwork, communication and expressing emotions in creative ways. This experience showed us how inspiring international projects can be and we would recommend Erasmus+ to every young person.
