🌱 Why throw away when you can compost? 🌱
Composting is an easy way to recycle your kitchen waste and create nutrient-rich soil for your plants. Let’s get started!
Here’s how to compost everyday food scraps:
🍌 Banana Peels – Chop them up to prevent pests and toss them straight into your compost.
🍎 Fruit & Veg Scraps – Leftover apple cores, carrot tops, and potato peels? They belong in the compost bin!
☕ Coffee Grounds & Tea Bags – Mix them in for extra nutrients—just remove the staples from your tea bags!
🥚 Eggshells – Crush them up and add them to your compost to give your plants some extra calcium.
🍞 Bread & Grains – Plain bread or leftover rice? Compost them, but avoid anything with butter or sauces.
