🌟 Meet Timotej – our Project Coordinator and philosopher! 🍍
Like many of us, Timotej once found himself wondering what direction to take. After exploring different interests and experiences, Erasmus+ projects helped him discover something important working with people is what truly motivates him 🌍
One of those projects led him to Youthfully Yours SK, where meeting inspiring youth workers changed the way he saw youth work and community building. Today, Timotej helps create opportunities for other young people to travel, learn, and grow through international projects continuing the same journey that once inspired him. And if his work helps empower or energize someone else along the way, that’s already a win! 💬

🌿 Reflection doesn’t always happen while sitting and thinking. 🙄
Sometimes it happens while walking, observing, or simply slowing down. When your environment is calmer, your mind has more space to connect thoughts and emotions. Nature often helps this process happen naturally. 🧠
Instead of forcing answers, try giving yourself a small pause. Walk outside, notice your surroundings, and allow your mind to catch up. You might realize that clarity doesn’t always come from thinking more sometimes it comes from creating space. 🌱

🌿 From Toolkit to Real Experience, INOUT in Action! 🎉
Our local pilot testing phase brought the INOUT training program directly to young people and they didn’t just participate, they tested it. 🧠
Over the last month, adolescents had the chance to explore activities, share feedback, and experience the toolkit in practice not just on paper. This phase helped us understand what works, what resonates, and how the program supports resilience, outdoor learning, and real-life skills. 🌍💬
Youth voices played a key role in shaping the next steps. Their reflections, ideas, and honest reactions are now part of improving the final version. 🔄
Pilot testing isn’t just a formality, it’s how projects grow stronger and more relevant. And this one delivered! 🌱

💬 Testing ideas. Starting conversations! 🇸🇰
We recently carried out pilot testing with young people in Košice as part of the SHER-Y (Sexual Health Education Reimagined) project! Together, we explored how social media shapes the way we see ourselves, especially when it comes to body image and daily online habits 📱
Through discussions and a guided “mindful scrolling” activity, participants reflected on what they consume online, how it influences them, and what changes they might want to make. Many shared that while they already knew about social media’s impact, this was their first time truly stopping to reflect on it 🧠
