Leveraging Online Tools for Dynamic Erasmus+ Project Implementation

In an increasingly digital world, Erasmus+ projects require robust digital tools and know-how to succeed. Many project leaders lack essential digital skills, impacting project management, real-time data access, and effective dissemination. This digital gap creates challenges in monitoring, collaboration, and sustaining project impact, particularly during times of crisis, like the COVID-19 pandemic. Studies highlight that efficient digital and social competencies in project management directly support long-term project success and collaboration.

Our Vision

We envision a world where Erasmus+ KA2 project leaders have the digital skills and tools needed to lead impactful, sustainable projects. Through our “E-Tools” project, we aim to bridge the digital skills gap, empower educators, and enable all stakeholders to adopt AI-powered tools to streamline project management, collaboration, and outreach efforts. Ultimately, we aim to improve the Erasmus+ project experience for all participants and communities by fostering efficiency and impact.

Innovative Solution

Our approach to solving the digital skills challenge in Erasmus+ projects is threefold. We provide practical, accessible tools and training to enhance digital competencies and introduce AI for more effective project dissemination. This comprehensive approach equips project leaders to manage, monitor, and share their work confidently and effectively. Key objectives include:
