Kick-off meeting

A New Beginning for Empowering Youth Through Creative Expression

The ARTS Project officially kicked off in Murcia, Spain on March 27-28, 2025. The first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) brought together dedicated partners from Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, and beyond, marking a significant step forward in our shared vision to empower youth through creative expression and emotional resilience.

Key Outcomes from the TPM:

1. Guidebook Development

We began by refining the Guidebook Structure. Partners discussed the aims and scope, and created a modular content template that will guide the development of the ARTS Project Guidebook. This guidebook will include best practices and practical tools that will help youth workers integrate creative and emotional resilience activities into their everyday practice.

2. Dissemination Strategy

The team worked collaboratively to finalize the Dissemination Strategy, ensuring that the project’s visibility and outreach are maximized. This includes developing a social media strategy, a dedicated website plan, and identifying key responsibilities for each partner to ensure successful dissemination of the project’s outcomes.

3. Best Practices Selection

Partners selected a series of best practices for the project’s next steps, focusing on activities that foster creativity and self-expression. These practices will serve as the foundation for the guidebook and will be implemented in future learning, teaching, and training activities (LTTA).

4. Set Deadlines and Next Steps

With clear deadlines set for the upcoming phases, the team outlined the next steps and tasks needed for the successful implementation of the project. This includes planning for the next LTTA event, which will focus on further developing creative tools and resources for youth workers.

What’s Next?

The project is moving forward with exciting plans to continue developing resources that will help youth workers and educators foster creativity and emotional resilience in young people. Stay tuned for more updates as we work towards empowering youth through creative expression and building stronger, more resilient communities!

Special Thanks
We would like to thank YOMN for hosting the meeting and all the partners for their contributions. The energy and collaboration from the team have set the stage for great things ahead.
