A New Journey Towards Resilience and Outdoor Learning 🌿

We’re excited to announce that the InsideOut project has officially begun! Our first gathering took place in Berlin, from January 11–12, 2024, bringing together partners from across Europe. This collaborative kick-off meeting set the foundation for a project focused on resilience, outdoor-oriented training, and empowering youth to thrive in the modern world.

Key Highlights from the Kick-Off Meeting

• Introductions & Goal Alignment:
  The meeting began with partner organizations sharing their goals, followed by a discussion of the project’s core purpose: to strengthen resilience in youth through outdoor learning and practical experiences.
  
  
• Work Package (WP) Presentations:
  Ragina presented Work Package 2 (WP2), which focuses on youth resilience and training structures designed to support educators and youth workers.
  
  
• Dissemination Strategy:
  A detailed dissemination plan was introduced, focusing on how the project’s results will be shared across partner countries and with a wider audience. A special emphasis was placed on the communication channels and the visibility of the project.
  
  
• Collaborative Planning:
  Partners from Bulgaria and Germany discussed the structure and graphic design of the project’s guidebook, agreeing on timelines and responsibilities for the next phase.
  
  

Next Steps: What’s Coming Up

• Guidebook Development:
  A follow-up meeting is scheduled for March 2024 to discuss the guidebook structure and the project’s aim of creating a comprehensive resource for youth workers and educators.
  
  
• LTT (Learning, Teaching, and Training) Event:
  Dates for the LTT event in Germany were confirmed—November 25–29, 2024, including travel days. Partners will collaborate to ensure the toolkit creation process aligns with the event deadlines.
  
  
• Toolkit Development:
  Work on the Resilience Toolkit is being prioritized, with a goal to meet LTT deadlines and integrate feedback from pilot sessions.
