Turn Conversations Into Cooperation:
Become a Partnership & Cooperation Manager at Youthfully Yours

English is the working language inside our team, so this call and the whole application process run in English. The conversations you will have with schools, municipalities and training centres happen in the language of your own territory.

At Youthfully Yours, we envision a future where ambitious and competent young individuals proactively contribute to community transformation. To achieve that, we provide high-quality learning opportunities, applying non-formal education and experiential learning approaches. We have been doing this since 2013, and we now work across Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Bulgaria and Tenerife. Join us in this endeavour.

Who are we searching for?

Someone who is genuinely good with people and knows how to turn a first conversation into a signed commitment. You will represent us to the institutions in your own country or region: schools, universities, municipalities, training centres, youth organisations. Your job is to find the ones that would benefit from working with us, understand what they need, and show them what becomes possible.

We care more about your skills than about your contact list. A network in the education sector is real added value, and we will happily take it, but a network can be built. Sales instinct, negotiation, and the ability to make people trust you cannot be improvised.

This is a freelance role, paid per result, with your own territory and your own accounts.

Traits We Look For

– Sells without sounding like a salesperson: you open cold doors, hold the conversation, and bring it to a decision.

– Negotiates and influences: you are comfortable sitting across from a school director or a mayor’s office and asking for a commitment.

– Works without supervision: freelance means nobody structures your week. You plan it, you execute it, you report results.

– Learns a new sector fast: you will need to speak credibly about funding programmes and educational formats within weeks, not years.

– Plays the long game: you build relationships that come back, rather than chasing one signature and moving on.

– Fluent in English plus the language of your territory: Slovak, Czech, Polish, Bulgarian or Spanish. Both are required. You will work with us in English and with institutions in their own language.

– Experience in education, in the public sector, or with programmes such as Erasmus+, ESF, Horizon or Interreg: valuable, not required.

What You’ll Do

– Open doors across the education sector: Your territory is full of institutions that would work with us if somebody showed them how. Schools at every level, from elementary through secondary and vocational up to universities. Municipalities and the officers responsible for education and youth. Training centres and adult education providers. Youth organisations and youth centres. Some you reach by cold contact, some through an introduction, some in a corridor conversation at a sector event. Getting into the room is the first half of this job.

– Understand before you offer: Sit down with directors, teachers and municipal officers and find out what they are actually dealing with. A teaching team that has run out of methods. Students who have never worked with peers from another country. A municipality carrying duties and obligations for education and youth on paper, without the practical capacity to turn them into strategies and action plans that function on the ground. The match comes from listening first, never from reciting a catalogue.

– Show them what becomes possible: Certified training courses for their staff. International projects designed together. Job shadowing in another country. Training built around one school’s own team. And at the upper end, large-scale projects that bring serious funding, grow the institution’s capacity for years afterwards, and leave a visible mark on the whole community. This is what helps an institution stand out among its competitors. We train you on every programme we work with, so you can speak to the funding logic and the practical reality with equal confidence.

– Bring it to a formal yes: A joint application submitted, a course booked, a training for their team confirmed, job shadowing arranged. Written commitment is the finish line. In your first months you do this with us alongside you. After that, you run the conversation to signature on your own.

– Own your accounts: The first yes is the beginning. Keep the relationship warm, deliver what we promised together, and turn one commitment into the next. Institutions that trust you come back, and repeat cooperation is worth more to both of us than a longer list of logos.

– Be on the ground: Schools, town halls, training centres and sector events across your territory. This is not a role you run entirely from a screen, and the partnerships that hold tend to start face to face.

– Feed back what you learn: You are the first to hear what institutions ask for, what they turn down, what their budgets and funding cycles allow, and where the sector in your country is heading. Bring it back to us. It shapes which offers we build next, which training courses go into our catalogue, and which projects we design. In a team this size, the person closest to the market has real influence over what the organisation puts on the table.

Our Promise to You

– Your Territory, Your Accounts: You work one country or region, and the institutions you bring in stay yours. Every account you open is registered to you, and repeat cooperation from that account keeps paying you, not somebody else.

– Fees You Help Design: A flat fee for every institution that formally says yes, higher for a first-time partner and lower for repeat cooperation from an account you already hold. Three ways to structure it: fee only, a lower fee with a monthly retainer, or milestone payments. We agree the model with you individually, travel included in that conversation. Be aware of the honest part: institutions decide on annual cycles and funding calls land at fixed points in the year, so your first months build a pipeline that pays later.

– A Portfolio Worth Presenting: Certified training courses, international projects, job shadowing, tailored in-house training. Real programmes with real funding behind them, delivered by people who have been doing this for over a decade in five countries. You are not selling a promise.

– Trained, Not Thrown In: Onboarding on every programme and every offer, ready-made materials and one-pagers, lead lists to start from, and us in the room with you on the first conversations. Plus free access to our own trainings and to the knowledge we build inside the team, which is worth something well beyond this role.

– Work Your Way: Freelance, flexible in form, organised by you. We measure what you close, not when you are online. The one boundary we ask for is that you do not represent competing training providers while you represent us.

– A Team Behind You: Trainers, project coordinators and colleagues across Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Bulgaria and Tenerife. When you close, you hand over to people who deliver properly. Your reputation with that school stays intact.
