Make Things Happen: Become a Training & Education Coordinator in Youthfully Yours!

Since English is our working language, this job description and application are in English too.

At Youthfully Yours, we envision a future where ambitious and competent young individuals proactively contribute to community transformation. To achieve that, we provide high-quality learning opportunities, applying non-formal education and experiential learning approaches. Behind every one of them stands someone who made it happen — the venue booked, the trainers equipped, the participants taken care of. That someone could be you.

Who are we searching for?

A coordinator who turns plans into running activities. You keep track of details others miss, you enjoy talking to people as much as closing a checklist, and you take quiet pride in an event where everything simply worked. You’ll anchor our educational activities in your country or region — with a team behind you across all five countries we work in. If you come from event management, tourism or B2B services and want your organisational talent to serve education, we’d love to meet you.

Traits of Our Coordinators

– Organised & Detail-Driven: you catch the small things before they become big things,
– People-Oriented: participants, trainers and partners feel taken care of when you’re on the line,
– Not Afraid to Negotiate: agreeing terms with providers comes naturally to you,
– Proactive & Reliable: taking charge and making things happen,
– Flexible & Open-minded: at ease in different environments and with diverse people,
– Fluent in English + one more: Slovak, Czech, Polish, Bulgarian or Spanish — one language of a country we currently work in is enough.

What You’ll Do

– Find and secure the right venues: Source training centres and venues in your region, assess them against our criteria, and negotiate terms — space, catering, coffee breaks, meals — so every activity has a home that works. Expect to see the venues with your own eyes; this work happens on the ground, not only from a desk.

– Set our trainers up to deliver: Make sure trainers and project coordinators walk into every activity with everything they need, from flipcharts and markers to confirmed logistics. You are the person they rely on.

– Guide our participants: Help teachers, youth workers and young people choose the training course that fits them, then handle the practicalities with them — travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, travel orders. You are their first point of contact from application to arrival.

– Extend our network: Grow the relationships we already have with schools, universities, municipalities, training centres and youth organisations in your region — and open the door to joint educational initiatives with new ones.

– Keep the paperwork moving: Prepare standard agreements from our templates, check invoices and travel orders, and keep the administration of each activity clean and closed.

– Coordinate the moving parts: Work with trainers, project coordinators and the rest of the team so each activity lands as planned.

Our Promise to You

– Work That Moves: Venues, people, regions, activities — no two weeks look the same, and you see the result of your work in a room full of people improving themselves.
– A Team Behind You: Trainers, coordinators and colleagues across Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Bulgaria and Tenerife, driven by a shared mission.
– Work Your Way: Full-time is our focus; part-time is possible. Remote or from one of our offices — you shape the setup with us, anchored in your region and travelling within it when activities call for it.
– Results-Focused Schedule: A flexible schedule that prioritises outcomes over hours. Honesty upfront: when a training runs, it runs — some evenings and weekends belong to the activity peaks, and calm weeks balance them out.
– Fair, Wide-Range Compensation: A salary range reflecting your experience, results, scope of work, and working arrangement (freelance or employment). The more you bring and take on, the more it reflects in your pay.
