Project Organiser: BFR Youth
The youth exchange will take place between 10th-17th of August 2025 in Jelgava, Latvia
Overall goal: FINDING WAYS THROUGH CREATIVE OUTLETS TO BE OPEN, SHARE ONE’S STORY, AND BE OPEN TO OTHERS
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 8+2
Ideal Participant profile:
- 18-24 YEARS OLD (NO AGE LIMIT FOR THE GROUP LEADER)
- ARE ENGLISH SPEAKING (BASIC KNOWLEDGE IS ENOUGH)
- INTERESTED IN THE TOPIC OF ORAL HISTORY, STORYTELLING, CREATIVITY, AND DIVERSITY
- READY TO SHARE EXPERIENCE AND LISTEN TO OTHERS
- ABLE TO PARTICIPATE FOR THE WHOLE DURATION OF THE PROJECT
- AN INTEREST IN DIFFERENT ART METHODS
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309€ (417€ using Green travel)
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Latvia.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
