The youth exchange will take place from 21.7. to 27.7.2025 in Pamporovo, Bulgaria.

Overall goal: Raising awareness about mental well-being, training the youth workers in tools and approaches relevant to mental health.

Project objectives:

• To raise the awareness of young people in terms of how mental well-being affects all aspects of their everyday life
• To raise interest in the exercising of mental health practices in response to the isolation, insecurity and phobias among young people
• To equip the youth workers with tools for improving young people’s mental health
• To create a network of youth workers -multipliers of the idea of a healthy lifestyle as a means to creating mentally resilient young people
• To promote the mental well-being as a tool for social inclusion and active democratic participation of the young people.

• 18+
• Occupation: youth worker, teacher, social worker, active volunteer, trainer/facilitator, university student
• experience and/or interest in the field of the current training and
  clearly stated motivation to participate and
  multiply what has been learned
