The youth exchange will take place between 9th till 15th of May in Brasov, Romania.
Overall goal: Mastering a comprehensive toolkit
of NLP techniques specifically designed for youth work. Exploring
everything from subtle communication patterns to powerful mindset transformation tools. Weaving together practical
skills with deep understanding of how young minds work and respond.
Project objectives:
- Gain the ability to read and respond
to subtle behavioral cues - Develop clear strategies for building deep
connection with young people - Use practical tools for turning
challenging situations around
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 2-3
Ideal Participant profile:
- Age: 18-30 years
- Good conversational skills in English
- Interest in self-growth & mental health awareness
- Balancing work, life, and mental well-being
- Individuals curious about Neurolinguistic Programming
(NLP) but lacking systematic exposure
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309€
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Romania.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
