The training course will take place between 23d and 29th of June 2024 in town Rzeszow, Poland.

The main theme of the From Outreach to Impact project is to delve into the foundations of community management and engagement. Learn how
to identify community needs, craft impactful communication strategies, and leverage the power of platforms for youth.

  • Develop creative workshops, design social media campaigns that resonate, and plan multi-generational events that foster inclusion

Number of participants: 2

Who is the ideal participant in the project?

  • you are youth worker
  • passionate about building strong communities and empowering young people
  • you know English at least on a basic level, you can speak and write English freely
  • you are 18+

Group requierments:

Slovakia will be represented on the project by a group of 2 participants.  

In particular, the group's role will be to actively participate in the project program in an effort to meet its defined objectives. The project welcomes participants facing fewer opportunities, facing social, economic or geographical obstacles. All the participants must attend all the sessions during the mobility and be part of dissemination activities after it.

Important info:

The accommodation and meals are 100% covered by the coordinating organization.

Travel costs will be reimbursed to the participants up to 275 € directly by the organizer (no money goes through YYSK under this project).
Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip.

Extremely important: The participant is obliged to keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
