The APV will take place between 18.-19.7.2023 and SEMINAR 19.-27.7.2023, both in Grudziądz, Poland.
The project aim: Youth workers will learn how to plan, implement and assess qualitative youth projects (e.g., design thinking, PMBOK, PEST, Root Cause, SWOT analysis, and Agile project management), practice the use of digital tools to make the process more efficient (Google products, Discord, etc.), brainstorm on ideas on how to go further and start working on concrete youth project applications for the next deadline.
Objectives of the meeting:
O1: developing project management skills, among youth workers, in order to plan innovative youth projects that best respond to the community's need
O2: increase the know-how, among youth workers, on digital tools to raise the quality of their project management process
O3: exchange best practices between youth workers on offline and online tools and methods to create qualitative youth projects
O4: improve collaboration at the European and international levels, between NGOs, to build meaningful partnerships

Participating countries:
Romania, Greece, Spain, Turkey, France, Portugal, North Macedonia, Poland, Italy, Slovakia, Malta, Bulgaria
Participant requirements:
- 18+ years old
- experience in youth work and connection with the sending organization;
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn and share about the topic;
- Able to carry out the dissemination actions after the Seminar
- Gender parity
- For the partners involved in A1 - COMMbuildity training course, at least 1 participant should be participating in this Seminar;
- Good command of the English language;
Important info:
Accommodation, meals, and the program throughout the project are fully reimbursed according to the rules of the Erasmus + program through the project organizer.
Travel costs will be reimbursed to the participant for up to 275€.
The participants are invited to use the cheapest means of transportation.
Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip. Extremely important: The participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organization or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant must take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
