We organised the DYME Multiplier Dissemination Event! 🌟

For the DYME project, we invited participants from all backgrounds to learn and create their digital content.

Here is what we accomplished:

🍍Discover HateBusters, a dynamic Erasmus+ initiative led by the Armenian Progressive Youth (APY), Jongeren voor Uitwisseling (JUB), and fellow partner organizations. This long-term project gathered 40 participants from 18 European nations 🌍

In November 2023, the journey started in Dilijan, Armenia, with an intensive week-long training course on hate speech in its various forms and ways to tackle it effectively 👁‍🗨

Following this, participants engaged in local activities focused on HateBusters topics. Troughout February 2024, the Slovak team organized four workshops for over 100 high school students in Zilina region (more on local activity and first stage in our previoucs posts 😉)

In March 2024, the project concluded with an evaluation seminar in Ommen, Netherlands, where participants presented their local activities, discussed minority representation in media and even had the chance to organize their own local campaigns 🤝

We are sincerely grateful to the organizers and Youthfully Yours SK for the opportunity to participate, it was truly an amazing experience ✨

🍍Local activities by our participants 😍

Last February the participants of a 2-stage project HateBusters! hosted 4 workshops for 104 students in Čadca.
The main activity was Euro-rail "á la carte", where the participants had to choose 3 people they would most like to travel with on the train and 3 people they would least like to.
Then they`ve had to share their choices in small groups and come up with a common list by consensus, which was then discussed in the whole group 🚅

Students shared their opinions and personal experiences and really enjoyed participation in these workshops 😇

Through the workshops our participants succesfully raised awareness on stereotypes, prejudice and disctimination and enhanced open-mindness in sympathy towards the minorities in Northern Slovakia🤝

Besides that our participants made presentations on Erasmus+ program, the HateBusters! project and YYSK informing the students on non-formal education opportunities available for them 🤓

Exciting news: We’ve just kicked off Project Adaptify! 🎉

Thanks to Erasmus+ and the European Union, we´ve started something really special. In today’s fast-paced world, being able to adapt and stay strong through changes is super important. That’s what the project Adaptify is all about.

Together with @smart_idea_slovenia @ciapeofficial @flexskill_sk and 2 other partners, we got together in Rome to get this project rolling. We discussed our strategy, split up some tasks for the future, and got to know each other better. And yes, exploring Rome was as amazing as it sounds!

This project is going to bring a lot of innovation, and we can’t wait to share it all with you. Keep an eye out for more news from us as we dive deeper into making Adaptify a success. 🥳
