Project organizer: Youth Dynamics

The Advance Planning Visit (APV) will take place 07.-09.06.2024 in Pervolia, Cyprus.

The Youth Exchange will take place 05.-14.07.2024 in Pervolia, Cyprus. 

The aim of the project is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills as to make a portfolio, complete a good CV, learn to present themselves for interviews, train for work e- searching, complete Youthpass and online Europass, adapt in a new or different working environment.

Objectives of the course:

  • inform and train young people on modern procedures and soft skills which will equip them with the appropriate tools to help them find a job
  • provide the opportunity to present national priorities and procedures of each participating country related to the subject of youth unemployment
  • discuss the similarities and differences and propose actions that could be used in order to improve the current system (for each country)
  • finally, create an electronic tool to disseminate the acquired knowledge

Participating countries: Spain, Cyprus, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia

Who is the ideal participant in the project? 

  • 1 group leader
    • Aged 18-30
    • Must participate in the APV and in the youth exchange
    • Previous experience with Erasmus+ projects
  • 9 participants
    • Aged 18-30
    • Youth working in/cooperating with the sending organizations;
    • Participants communicating efficiently in English;
    • Having strong motivation to participate fully in all activities.
    • Willing to multiply the results of the project.
    • Willing to contribute to dissemination of project’s results
    • Participants should be motivated and open-minded, ready to participate in a non-formal learning experience, positive and proactive.
    • Participants have to be ready to take part in project’s local actions and later implement future actions in their own countries/communities.
    • Young people who seemed to be disadvantaged (i.e. young migrants, young people who have dropped out from school, other young people lacking of soft skills, unemployed youngsters).

Important info:

Accommodation, meals, and the program throughout the project are fully reimbursed according to the rules of the Erasmus + program through the project organizer.

Reimbursement: Travel costs will be reimbursed to the participant for up to 275€. (This applies to the group leader twice.)

There is an additional fee of 20€ to the hosting organization, which will not be reimbursed. It will cover for extra costs and 2 day trips to other cities of Cyprus and other organizational costs.

Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip.

Extremely important: The participant is obliged to keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions. Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon full attendance of the program and presentation of all original tickets, receipts, invoices, and boarding passes. 

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organization (Youthfully Yours SK nor Youth Dynamics CY) or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health and travel insurance, which is valid in Cyprus.
