🫶People from all around EU came together to discover rural Italy and more importantly themselves. Sharing the experience created an unforgettable training course called Reflected Realities. 🪞

Participants had the opportunity not only to better understand themselves but also to see how others perceive them and how people view life from their own perspectives. Meeting individuals from different countries and cultures helped them realize that there is no single “right” way to think or live. Each conversation brought a new perspective and encouraged them to reflect on their own beliefs and experiences. 💫

A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone involved, especially to organizers of this valuable project from organization Agrado, but also to participants that made this event full of life, meaning and genuine connection. 🌟 ...

This InsideOut challenge explores how teams handle uncertainty. Do they rush into action, argue over priorities, or pause and create a plan together? 👀

Outdoor survival activities help young people practise decision-making, trust, adaptability, and problem-solving in a practical way. These are not only wilderness skills. They are useful whenever life does not go according to plan. 💪
