In order to achieve that, we feel determined to advance young people’s competences, to empower a sense of initiative & social responsibility, and to promote Active citizenship, Social inclusion & Intercultural dialogue among young people from Eastern Slovakia.

Sometimes we receive 50+ applications for just a few places. When that happens, even strong applications don't always make it through. Instead of giving up, take a look at your CV and motivation letter. Is there anything you could improve? Could you show your motivation more clearly? Could you apply a little earlier next time? 💬

✨ During 19.-24.5. we took a part in amazing experience in Varna, Bulgaria through an Erasmus+ training course on 🎮 Gamification in Education!
Together with participants from across Europe 🌍, we explored how games can make learning more engaging, creative, and effective. Through team challenges 🤝, simulations 🎲, debates 💬, and non-formal learning activities, we developed new skills, shared cultures, and created unforgettable memories.
Beyond the workshops, we also discovered the beauty of Varna 🌊 and connected with inspiring people from different countries ❤️. A week full of learning, cooperation, and fun 🎯✨

Sometimes the most unexpected experiences turn out to be the most enjoyable. 💭
During our Path to Success workshop, young people explored communication, career skills, and job interview situations through interactive activities and discussions. 🧠
One participant described the workshop as “interesting” and shared that the activities felt engaging and easy to connect with through conversation and teamwork. Workshops like these are not only about learning for the future. They’re also about creating spaces where young people can express themselves, exchange ideas, and gain confidence through experience. 🌱

We’re hiring! Office Maintenance + Plant Care 📍 Košice Centre!
We are looking for someone to help us look after our office in the Košice city centre.
The way we collaborate can differ based on what you enjoy doing, but the main ideas are:
✨ Office maintenance: Cleaning and tidying the office once every other week.
🌱 Plant care: Taking care of our current plants, plus buying new ones to make the space greener.
💡 Workspace improvements: We’d love someone who can suggest and make other small improvements to upgrade the workspace, but this is totally open for discussion!
