Youth workers are essential in going through various learning processes with young people. This project has brought the methodology of experimental learning. The main aim of this project was to improve youth workers' skills with young people, especially those with fewer opportunities. Participants had a chance to go through the methodology and gain essential knowledge.

The working methods during the project were energizers, team-building, workshops, a world café, brainstorming, role-playing, and open space activities. The project took place in the beautiful city of Oradea.
