"Beyond Times and Tales" (Youth Exchange)

The training course will take place between the 4th and 10th of February 2024, in Rzeszów, Poland.

The project aim: The aim of the "Beyond Times and Tales" Erasmus+ Youth Exchange is to foster intercultural exchange and creative exploration among youth participants aged 16-20 from diverse backgrounds. Through discussions on history, myths, and RPG games, the project aims to facilitate lasting connections and memorable experiences that transcend borders.

Objectives of the project:

Facilitate meaningful intercultural exchange among participants.
Engage in discussions and explorations centered around history, myths, and the world of RPG games.
Cultivate creativity and imaginative thinking among participants to envision exciting futures.
Foster enduring friendships and bonds among young individuals from varied cultural backgrounds.

Participant requirements:

Young people:

Age Range: 16-20
Target Group: Youth with fewer opportunities, specifically those who have not yet engaged in our projects or any Erasmus+ initiatives.
Mobility Dates: 4-10.2.2024

Participants are encouraged to bring enthusiasm for intercultural exchange, a passion for exploring history, myths, and RPG games, and an open mindset to collaborate and form lasting connections with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Proficiency in English is essential for effective participation in the activities and discussions held during the exchange.

Important info:

Accommodation, meals, and the program throughout the project are fully reimbursed according to the rules of the Erasmus + program through the project organizer.

Travel costs will be reimbursed to the participant for up to 180€.

The participants are invited to use the cheapest means of transportation.

Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip. Extremely important: The participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organization or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant must take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
