Kick-off meeting of the STEAM project in Ruse, Bulgaria
On May 21 and 22, the kick-off meeting of the STEAM project took place at ESNO in Ruse, Bulgaria. Representatives of the partner organizations – Youthfully Yours SK (YYSK), Little Smiles (LS), and ESNO – met to officially launch the project activities. The meeting agenda focused on presenting the overall project framework, reviewing planned activities and expected results, and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each partner. Special attention was paid to setting a detailed schedule, agreeing on management and communication procedures, and discussing information dissemination strategies.
The partners also worked to establish a solid foundation for cooperation to ensure effective coordination and smooth implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Discussions highlighted the importance of consistent communication, shared responsibility, and a unified approach to achieving project goals, particularly in the area of promoting STEAM education for students aged 10–14.
The meeting concluded with an agreement on immediate next steps and a schedule of upcoming project activities. The partners expressed their commitment to maintaining an effective and results-oriented partnership throughout the implementation of the project.
