LTTA Event: Practicing STEAM Methodologies with Teachers
As part of the ongoing activities of the STEAM project, an activity focused on education, teaching, and training (LTTA) was organized, bringing together representatives of the organizations Youthfully Yours SK (YYSK), Little Smiles (LS), and ESNO, along with participating teachers. The event focused on the practical application of educational content developed within the project.
During the LTTA, participants took part in intensive seminars where they tried out methodologies aimed at improving STEAM education for students aged 10–14. The main goal was to ensure that teachers became familiar with new tools, approaches, and activities that would enable them to confidently integrate them into their daily teaching. Particular emphasis was placed on creating an environment in which teachers could not only try out the materials, but also exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss practical challenges and solutions.
By actively involving teachers in testing and refining educational content, the event fostered the creation of a community of experts. Teachers are now ready to disseminate methodologies among their colleagues, promote mutual learning, and encourage wider use of innovative STEAM approaches in their schools and educational networks.
