Path to Success is a European project focused on improving career guidance and supporting young people in building their future. It brings together organizations from Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Poland that share a common goal — to make career education more practical, inclusive, and relevant to the realities of today’s labor market.

The project was created in response to the challenges young people face when making decisions about education and employment. Many struggle to identify their strengths, understand labor market trends, or develop the soft skills that employers value. Through Path to Success, the partners designed tools and methods that help youth workers, teachers, and counselors guide young people more effectively.

The project promotes non-formal education and interactive learning. Its activities encourage self-awareness, teamwork, and problem-solving, while also giving participants up-to-date information about job opportunities and skills in demand.

By combining experience from different European contexts, Path to Success offers a set of practical resources — including a handbook of good practices, a structured career counseling program, a job interview card game, and a training toolkit for educators. These tools make career guidance more engaging and easier to apply in schools, youth centers, and community programs.

The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union and coordinated by Asociația Be You in cooperation with Youthfully Yours SK, ZPTM Brežice, and Fundacja Akcelerator Obywatelski Spark.
