The Path to Success project developed several practical tools and resources to support career guidance and youth work. Each output was created and tested by the project partners to help young people build skills, explore opportunities, and prepare for the world of work.
Career Guidance in Action – Handbook of Good Practices
This handbook presents a collection of 20 methods and activities used in career counseling and youth work. It offers ideas and examples that teachers, trainers, and youth workers can easily adapt in their own work. The handbook is available in several languages and can be freely used for educational purposes.
Career Counseling Program
The program provides a structured approach to career guidance. It combines information about the labor market with practical exercises that develop soft skills such as communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. The program can be used in schools, youth centers, or workshops with young people.
Job Interview Card Game
This interactive tool helps young people practice job interview situations in a fun and engaging way. The game includes several types of cards with questions, challenges, and role-play activities. It allows participants to explore different roles, test their reactions, and learn how to express themselves confidently during an interview.
