Project Partners

The ETOOL Project brings together a diverse consortium of organizations united by a common goal — to strengthen digital competencies, innovation, and the responsible use of AI in education. Each partner contributes unique expertise to ensure the project’s quality, relevance, and long-term impact.

ABC Consulting Group (Bulgaria)

From Sofia, Bulgaria, ABC Consulting Group brings years of experience in research, training, and analysis of educational environments. Their work revolves around developing human potential — whether it’s through designing tailored training programs, mentoring young people, or helping schools and NGOs create effective development strategies.
In ETool, the ABC team contributes its analytical expertise and experience in training design to ensure that the project’s educational materials are both practical and evidence-based. Their background in entrepreneurship and leadership training also helps translate digital tools into real learning impact.

Smart Institute (Slovenia)

Innovation meets education in the work of the Smart Institute, a forward-thinking research organization based in Slovenia. Although newly established, the institute’s founders have more than two decades of experience in technology-enhanced learning. Their mission is to use Artificial Intelligence responsibly — not to replace educators, but to empower them.
Smart Institute develops AI-based tools that make project management in education more intuitive and efficient. Within ETOOL, they lead the creation of digital systems that simplify coordination, monitoring, and reporting — helping educators focus on what truly matters: meaningful learning and interaction.

Youthfully Yours SK (Slovakia)

Based in Košice, Youthfully Yours SK represents the energy and innovation of Slovakia’s youth and educational community. The organization focuses on building digital skills and fostering creativity among educators, youth workers, and adult learners. Through its extensive network of local and international partners, YYSK ensures that knowledge and good practices reach rural areas and diverse audiences.
In ETOOL, YYSK takes the lead in digital competence development, communication, and dissemination. With their strong social media presence and experience in AI-based education, they help the project reach people where learning actually happens — online and in communities.

Together, these three organizations form a partnership that balances research, innovation, and human connection.
