About the LTTA:

As the world becomes increasingly digital, businesses are forced to adapt or risk being left behind. One area that has seen a major shift is leadership. In the past, traditional forms of leadership such as hierarchical structures and face-to-face meetings were effective. However, in today's digital landscape, this is no longer the case. Leaders need to be able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of their employees and customers. This is where digital leadership comes in.
Addressing digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity - the project partnership will develop and pilot an innovative digital leadership programme aimed at enhancing the capacity of young people to lead and work in virtual teams as well as their ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities arising from digitalisation.
LTTA is dedicated to developing the initial training content by conducting a hackathon with 48 people. It aims to create the initial training content - modules, topics to be covered, and methods to be used so that the content will be agile according to youth needs and appropriate approaches.

The project aim:

Develop initial training content through a Hackathon.
To improve youths' employability by developing their skills in digital leadership, digital
communication, and leading virtual teams.

Objectives of the project:

Creation of agile training modules and methods, serving as the foundation for the final
Digital Leadership Training Content.
Enhanced digital leadership skills among youths.
Improved methodologies for youth workers to efficiently engage and teach young people.
Increased multicultural collaboration and knowledge transfer among participating
organizations.

Number of participants: 48

Participant requirements:

General criteria for youth workers selection (1 participant):
• Experience in working with youth aged 18-30;
• Experience in conducting training activities with youths;
• Strong interest in digital leadership;
• For youth centres without this profile, we will help with additional training before the LTTA.
• Excellent working knowledge in English, as the LTTA will be held in English.

General criteria for youth's selection (5 participants):
• Age between 18-30 y.o.
• Interest towards digital leadership
• Willingness to contribute to the development of digital leadership training content
• Enthusiastic about participating in activities in a multicultural environment
• Excellent working knowledge in English, as the LTTA will be held in English.

Important info:

Accommodation, meals, and the program throughout the project are fully reimbursed according to the rules of the Erasmus + program through the project organizer.

Travel costs will be reimbursed to the participant for up to 360€.

Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip. Extremely important: The participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organization or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant must take out health insurance, which is valid in Georgia.
