The training course will take place between the 28th of February and the 4th of March 2024, in Veliki Žitnik, Croatia.

The project aim: "Reflect - Respond - Reconnect" aims to empower young individuals to navigate the complexities of their emotions with resilience and compassion.

Objectives of the meeting:

Reflect: Participants will engage in introspective activities and discussions to encourage self-reflection. Through guided sessions, we aim to help participants better understand their emotions and foster a sense of self-awareness.
Respond: Workshops and interactive sessions will focus on building self-awareness, participants will learn effective ways to respond to their emotions.
Reconnect: The project emphasizes the importance of social connection and empathy. Through group activities, participants can share their experiences, listen to others, and collectively create a supportive community that promotes emotional well-being.

Important info:

Accommodation, meals, and the program throughout the project are fully reimbursed according to the rules of the Erasmus + program through the project organizer.

Travel costs will be reimbursed to the participant for up to 180€.

Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip. Extremely important: The participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organization or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant must take out health insurance, which is valid in Croatia.
