Creativity can mean different things to different people. For some, it`s a way to express themselves. For others, it`s a chance to slow down and recharge. 🎨
During our ARTS workshop, one participant shared that drawing helped them feel relaxed and gave them space to clear their mind from everyday distractions. 💭
Having time to focus on a creative activity can be a simple but powerful way to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. 🌱
When asked to describe the workshop in one word, they chose optimistic, a reminder that creative spaces can bring positive energy, new perspectives, and meaningful experiences. ✨

During the ARTS workshop, participants explored different ways of expressing themselves through creativity, reflection, and artistic activities. 🎨
Sometimes creativity is not about making something perfect. It`s about having the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and communicate thoughts and feelings in a different way. 💭
