Try asking yourself one simple question:
“What would I choose if nobody was watching?” 💭

Remove the likes. The reactions. The expectations. The fear of disappointing someone. Would your answer stay the same? 🗯

This isn’t about ignoring other people. It’s about noticing when their expectations start speaking louder than your own boundaries, comfort, or preferences. This week, catch yourself in one of those moments. Pause before reacting and check what you actually want. 🤗

🇪🇺Words have power. And we’re learning how to use them. 💬

The youth exchange in Varna, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 was all about discovering how young people can make a difference in their communities.
Over 5 days, 26 young people from Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary came together to explore active citizenship, the European Youth Goals, storytelling and digital communication. 🎙️📱
Through creative workshops, podcast activities, video-making and intercultural exchange, they learned how to turn ideas into action, share stories and create positive change. 🌍💡
And of course, there were new friendships, cultural discoveries, lots of laughter and memories to take home. 🫶
Because change starts with a voice — and every voice deserves to be heard. ❤️
A huge thank you to everyone who made this experience unforgettable!

🌍 You got selected for an Erasmus+ project… now how do you actually make the most of it? 👀

Of course, travelling somewhere new is exciting, but the project is also about everything that happens once you get there. The conversations you have, the activities you join, the things you try, and the people you meet along the way. ✈️

Try stepping outside your comfort zone a little. Talk to someone you haven’t met yet, join an activity even if you’re unsure at first, ask questions, share your ideas, and stay curious about the different cultures and perspectives around you. 💬

And don’t wait for the experience to come to you. Sometimes starting a conversation, volunteering for something, or simply saying “I’ll try” can lead to some of the best moments of the project. 🌱

Before you go home, take some time to think about what you’re actually taking with you. Maybe it’s a new skill, a different perspective, new friends, or simply something you discovered about yourself. 🤝

You don’t need to do everything or be everywhere. Just be present, stay curious, and give yourself the chance to experience something new. 💛

👀 Creativity doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. 🎨

Sometimes the pressure to make something “good” is exactly what stops us from creating. We erase, restart, compare ourselves to others… or decide we’re “not artistic” before we’ve even begun. 🥲

So try something different: make bad art on purpose. Give yourself 5 minutes. No erasing. No restarting. No trying to impress anyone. Let the lines be crooked, choose strange colours, make mistakes and see where they take you. 🤗

And when you’re finished, instead of asking “Is this good?”, try asking:
✨ Did I enjoy making it?
✨ What surprised me?
✨ What changed when I stopped trying to make it perfect?

Your challenge: make something imperfect today and leave it that way!🖌️

You don’t have to become the loudest person in the room to contribute. You can listen, share ideas when you’re ready, support your team, be creative, and learn at your own pace. 🤝

And you can start small. Talk to one new person. Ask one question. Share one idea. Sometimes those little moments are exactly how you begin feeling more comfortable in a new group. 💬

Maybe your energy drops after hours of sitting. Maybe certain mornings feel different depending on your sleep or breakfast. Maybe scrolling leaves you more drained than you realised. 🌱
