🌍 So… what exactly happens at a Cultural Night? 👀
If you’ve been on an Erasmus+ project before, you probably already know the scene: tables full of snacks you’ve never tried, someone teaching everyone a traditional dance, music playing, and people trying to explain very specific things from their country 😅
Cultural Night is a chance for each national group to bring a little piece of home with them and share it with everyone else. It can be through food, music, traditions, stories, photos, dances… whatever represents your culture best 💃
But it’s not about having the fanciest presentation or proving which country does things better. It’s about being curious, asking questions, trying something new, and realizing how different, and sometimes surprisingly similar, our cultures can be! 💬
And a small tip from us: bring enough snacks. Somehow, they’re always the first thing to disappear 👀

🥲 Sometimes, emotions are difficult to put into words but that doesn’t mean we can’t express them! 🎨
An Emotion Mandala is a simple creative exercise that gives your feelings a different language. By connecting emotions with colours, shapes, and patterns, you can slow down and notice what’s happening inside without needing to explain or “fix” it. 🤗
There’s no right way to create it and no need to be good at art. The focus is on the process: choosing what feels right, creating freely, and reflecting on what you notice afterwards. 💭
Try making one today, then repeat it another day. You might be surprised by how differently your emotions show up each time! ✨

🤩 You got selected for an Erasmus+ project… and now the overthinking begins. 👀
What if my English isn’t good enough? What if I don’t connect with anyone? What if I do something awkward? 😱
These thoughts can easily show up before your first project. But here’s the thing: you’re joining a group of people who are also there to learn, meet others, try new things, and figure things out along the way 🌍
You don’t need perfect English. You don’t need to be the most outgoing person in the room. And you definitely don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive 💬
There will probably be awkward moments, mixed-up words, wrong turns, and plenty of “wait… what are we doing?” moments. That’s part of the experience too 😅
So if fear is the only thing stopping you from applying for that project… maybe give yourself the chance to go anyway ✈️

Humour can bring people together, but it should never come at the expense of someone else`s wellbeing. Taking a moment to think about how our words or posts might affect others is part of building respectful relationships, both online and offline. 💬
Respect isn`t about never making mistakes. It`s about listening when someone tells you they`ve been hurt, taking responsibility, and choosing to do better next time. Small changes in the way we communicate can make a big difference. 🤗
