A lot of young people think they need to feel fully ready before speaking up, going to an interview, trying something new, or stepping outside their comfort zone. But most confidence is built after trying, not before. 🌱
The first attempt will not always feel comfortable, and that’s completely normal. Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-confidence are all skills that grow through experience and practice over time. 🧠
Growth often starts the moment you decide to try anyway. ✨

🤩 We recently held the final multiplier event for Path to Success in Košice, Slovakia! bringing together young people to explore employability, communication, and future career opportunities. 💬
Through interactive workshops, discussions, and group activities, participants had the chance to learn more about CV writing, motivation letters, and the skills that can help them feel more confident when entering the job market. 🧠
One of the highlights of the event was the “Path to Success” card game, where young people learned through conversation, teamwork, and real-life situations in a more engaging and practical way. 🌱
The event also created space for sharing experiences, asking questions, and reflecting on future goals in a supportive and welcoming environment. 🤝

We are looking for young people to join a project exploring how delaying instant gratification affects motivation, habits, and everyday decisions.
The project focuses on self-control, social media, productivity, and building healthier routines in modern life. Your experiences and opinions can help us better understand the challenges young people face today.

🌱 DIG – Delaying Instant Gratification Project is a large scale project funded by the Erasmus+ programme, which this mobility is a part of.
DIG is an interactive project for youth who want to better understand habits, self-control, motivation, and the challenges of modern digital life. Through discussions, activities, and practical experiences, participants will explore topics such as procrastination, social media, impulse decisions, and building healthier routines.
If you are curious about personal growth, productivity, and how small everyday choices shape your future – this project is for you! 💡

Sometimes the best feedback starts with: “I thought this was going to be boring…” 💭
During our Path to Success workshop, young people explored communication, job interviews, teamwork, and career-related skills through interactive activities and discussions. 🧠
One participant shared that they didn’t expect to enjoy the experience but ended up finding the workshop fun, engaging, and surprisingly “talkative.” 💬
That’s exactly what these workshops are about: creating spaces where young people can participate, speak openly, exchange ideas, and learn through experience instead of pressure! 🌱
Not every learning experience needs to feel formal to leave an impact. ✨

Sometimes we think we’re resting, but our brains are still processing content, reacting, and staying stimulated the entire time. Real rest is not always about doing nothing, sometimes it’s simply creating small moments with less noise, less pressure, and less input. 🌱

We recently gathered in Bohinj, Slovenia for our Transnational Project Meeting, where partners came together to continue developing the project and shape the next steps together. 🤝
The meeting focused on improving our toolkit, reviewing youth feedback from pilot testing, and creating learning experiences that feel more interactive, practical, and relatable for young people. 💬
A big part of the discussions was about how to make educational content more engaging and easier for youth to connect with in real-life situations. 🌱
