🌿 ZenZone Diary – DAY 3 🌿
✨ A diary written by our participants ✨

We started our day with a group energizer dance and reflected on our current emotional state using Japanese cards. Next, we learned about the importance of physical rest and were asked to identify the various ways we practice it, followed by some dedicated time to lie down and relax.

During the second half of the morning, we prepared for our hike by designing fun challenges to make the route more engaging. Once the hike was completed, we gathered in our reflection groups to share our impressions of the day.

The evening wrapped up wonderfully with a cultural night celebrating Greece and Poland, bringing a fulfilling and creative day to a perfect close. 🌱✨

A week full of photography, nature, creativity, new skills, and amazing people. 🌿📸 From exploring beautiful places and capturing moments with our cameras to learning about editing and creating our own exhibition, every day brought something new. ✨🖼️

Meeting participants from different countries gave us the chance to share cultures, ideas, and different perspectives. 🌍 We especially enjoyed learning from each other and seeing how differently we could capture the same moment. 📷

We are truly grateful for all the experiences, memories, and friendships we gained during this project. 🤍✨

🌿 ZenZone Diary – DAY 2 🌿
✨ A diary written by our participants ✨

The second day was about digital overload, its meaning to each of us, and finding ways to improve it. So, we started by recognizing how we use technology in our everyday lives and whether its use improves or deregulates our psychosocial situation. After that, we talked about it a lot, separated into teams, and tried to find ways and solutions for preventing digital overload and the final burnout from happening to us.

Of course, throughout the day, we had some energizers outdoors that balanced the whole process of thinking and analyzing these serious topics. Also, the team-building activity of building the bridge all together was very funny and creative.

After our big break, we were introduced to the 7 types of rest, both theoretically and practically, and we had some time to experience all of them at the stations that had been made for us. The whole atmosphere was calm and relaxed, so we finished our daily program feeling peaceful and filled with a variety of emotions. 🌱✨

🌱 Growing Healthy Minds

Our participants recently took part in the Growing Healthy Minds Training Course in Croatia, where youth workers from different countries came together to exchange experiences, develop new competences, and explore approaches to promoting mental well-being through non-formal education.

Throughout the project, participants took part in interactive workshops, group activities, and intercultural learning experiences that encouraged reflection, personal growth, and the exchange of good practices. The training course provided a valuable opportunity to build new international connections while gaining practical tools that can be applied in youth work and local communities.

🤔 So… what does a day on an Erasmus+ project actually look like? 👀

You might start the morning half asleep, and 30 minutes later you’re already doing an energizer with people you only met a few days ago 😅

Then somehow your day turns into workshops, random group challenges, conversations with people from different countries, shared meals, and learning things without it ever really feeling like a classroom 🌍

And when the activities are over? The project day usually isn’t. There are intercultural nights, games, long conversations, music, and those moments when you realize the strangers you arrived with don’t really feel like strangers anymore 💬

That’s the thing about these projects; you come to learn about a topic, but you end up learning a lot about people, cultures, and yourself along the way 🌱

And then you wake up the next morning and do it all over again. 👀

🌿 ZenZone Diary – DAY 1 🌿
✨ A diary written by our participants ✨

On the first day, we jumped straight into introductions, learning each other’s names and getting to know one another a little better.

Our first activity consisted of several smaller challenges. For each one we completed, we received different items and after finishing all the activities, we had everything we needed to plant a plant. We potted it together, creating a symbol of our teamwork and cooperation.

We then continued outside with some fun games that helped us strengthen our group dynamics even more. By the end of the day, we already felt like one big family and had connected with each other really well.

We ended our first day with an intercultural night, where two countries introduced us to their cultures. Cyprus shared lots of interesting information, but our favourite part was learning some funny Cypriot idioms! After that, Italy took over with lots of singing and some traditional Italian food.

This Erasmus+ training course took place in Tsaghkadzor, a village in Armenia, focused on ecopsychology — exploring the connection between mental health and the natural environment. 🌿

Throughout the week, we worked with an 8-module ecopsychology curriculum led by a psychologist, tried plogging ourselves on a hike through the mountains, and gave feedback on a Human-Nature Relations comic book designed to teach ecopsychology concepts in an engaging way. As the first group to pilot the curriculum, we got to lead our own workshop too. 📚

Cultural nights, a trip to Yerevan, and a free day at Lake Sevan rounded out a week full of inspiring people from all over Europe. Leaving with new knowledge in ecopsychology and youth work, plus friendships that will last well beyond the project. 💛🌍

🌍 From 20–27 July, participants from different countries came together in Sant Fost de Campsentelles for the Erasmus+ project Youth Echoes ✨

Through team-building activities, intercultural nights, and creative workshops, we explored sustainability, European goals, and local challenges 🤝🌱🎥

The project gave us the opportunity to step out of our comfort zones, learn from each other, and see how different perspectives can bring people closer together. 🌍🤝

We returned home with new friendships, valuable experiences, and memories that will stay with us for a long time. ✈️🌍✨

🧳 You got selected for a project. Now comes the difficult part… what do you actually pack? 👀

It’s very easy to start with “maybe I’ll need this…“ and somehow end up trying to fit your entire room into one suitcase 😅

The trick is to pack for the experience, not every possible situation. Think comfortable clothes, the essentials you’ll actually use, and a few things that will make project life easier 🌍

And don’t forget to leave some space for a little piece of home! A flag, your favourite local snacks, or something traditional can quickly become part of conversations and cultural nights with the rest of the group 🤝

But some of the most useful things won’t take up any suitcase space: curiosity, an open mind, and the willingness to talk to people you’ve never met before 💬
