During our local G.E.A.R.S. workshop in Košice, participants took part in a colour hunt that challenged them to slow down, observe their surroundings, and discover how nature, urban spaces, and everyday life are connected. 😱
Activities like these show that sustainability isn`t only learned in a classroom. It begins with curiosity, awareness, and seeing the value in the world around us. Small discoveries today can inspire greener choices tomorrow. 🌱

The SHER-Y OER was created to support youth workers, educators, youth leaders, and other professionals with practical knowledge, tools, and activities that help make these conversations more informed, inclusive, and age-appropriate. 💬

This June, our organisation participated in Digital Youth Work Voyage, an Erasmus+ partnership-building activity hosted by Pozitiva Samobor in Samobor and Zagreb, Croatia (8–10 June 2026).
Together with 13 youth workers from Georgia, Turkey, Romania, Lithuania, Sweden, Slovakia, and Bulgaria, we spent three days exploring how digital tools and STEM methods can strengthen the way we work with young people.
We exchanged good practices, visited three inspiring venues; Mali Tehnopolis Samobor, Centar za mlade Bunker in Zagreb, and Tehničko veleučilište Zagreb and left with new ideas, new tools, and new partnerships to build on!
As part of our participation in Digital Youth Work Voyage (Erasmus+, June 2026), we are sharing a practical guide for youth organisations looking to integrate digital tools into their work.
The guide presents seven good practices from seven partner organisations across Europe; from automating administrative processes and introducing AI tools, to running digital creativity programmes and building digital skills with young people in school settings. For each practice, you will find a description of what was done, why it matters for youth work, and step-by-step guidance on how to apply it in your own organisation!

During the Guiding Change training course, participants explored new approaches to leadership, facilitation, communication, and creating meaningful impact in their communities. 💡🌍

💬 How do we help young people talk about bodies, boundaries, and relationships without shame? 🌱
The SHER-Y Toolkit is here to support youth workers, educators, and peer facilitators in creating safe, honest, and inclusive spaces for young people to learn about themselves and others. From puberty and body image to consent, sexual health, digital boundaries, and healthy relationships, it brings together practical activities that make difficult conversations easier to start. 🧡
Through creative exercises, reflection tools, group discussions, and peer-led activities, the toolkit helps young people build confidence, ask questions, challenge misinformation, and make choices rooted in respect and self-awareness. Because sexual health education is not about pressure or fear, it is about understanding, dignity, and trust. ✨
