Seminar Conneting Minds
Project organiser: INPRO
The seminar will take place between 12th – 18th of January 2025 in Rzeszów, Poland.
Overall goal: to create an interactive environment where the change-makers can come together to make new relationships, share their insights and exchange experiences and good practices.
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 3-5.
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: reimbursed up to €275 directly by the organizer (no money goes through YYSK).
Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip.
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.
Only green travel is allowed!
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
