TC The Power of Stories Digital Storytelling for Youth Workers

The youth exchange will take place between 13th of April till 21th of April in Puck, Poland.
Overall goal: Empower people to share their personal stories through simple digital storytelling methods. Create safe and supportive space where every voice can be heard and valued.
Project objectives:
- Enable participants to share personal life stories using digital tools
- Build participants confidence and creative skills in storytelling
- Create a supportive group enviroment where people listen to and respect each others
- Use simple and accessible digital tools so everyone can participate regardless of background
- Amplify voices that are often unheard in mainstream media
Working language: English
Number of participants: 2-3
Ideal Participant profile:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Able to communicate in English both in speaking and writing
- Ready to make their own short film
- Interested in exploring digital storytelling
- Ready to use the method in their work with young people
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
