Project Organiser: The Nordic Crew
The youth exchange will take place between 16.8 – 24.8.2026 in Ebeltoft, Denmark.
Overall goal: To help young people use technology responsibly by improving focus, building digital balance, and supporting mental well-being.
Project objectives:
- Create your own digital balance strategies
- Develop digital skills for real-life needs
- Promote critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Teach stress management techniques
- Support emotional well-being
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 6+1(leader)
Ideal Participant profile:
- 16-30 years old (leader without restriction)
- You have a genuine desire to develop yourself
- Interest in digital well-being
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309€ (green travel-417€)
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Denmark.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
