Project Organiser: Tecnica de projects Erasmus

The APV (advanced preparatory visit) will take place between 15-17.6.2026 in Barcelona, Spain.

The youth exchange will take place between 21-27.7.2026 in Sant Fost de Campsentelles, Spain.

Overall goal: Exploring Local Issues with Global Impact

Project objectives:

Connect local realities to global challenges.
Exchange experiences to foster intercultural learning.
Encourage critical reflection on youth issues.
Identify shared concerns among global youth.
Promote empathy and dialogue for social understanding.
Discover personal values for community involvement.

Working language: English.

Number of participants: APV: 1, YE: 5+1 leader

Ideal Participant profile:

interested in topic
APV: 18+, experience in Erasmus+
YE: 5 + 1 (18-30, leader without an age limit)

Important information:

Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309€

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Spain.

Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
