TC Communication Unplugged
Between June 28th and July 4th, we as three-member delegation from Slovakia, Daniel Hornáček, Lukáš Kapusta, and Patrik Grman participated in a non-formal educational international Training Course held in Rzeszów, Poland.
Over the course of the week, the team engaged in a variety of dynamic challenges and hands-on activities designed to sharpen their communication skills. The practical knowledge gained during the program is highly versatile, offering tools that the participants can readily apply to both their personal development and professional careers.
Our Slovak team didn’t just absorb knowledge, we actively involved the learning environment by proactivity. We tried to multiply valuable insights and share best practices with the other international teams present, maximizing the collaborative impact of the project.
As part of the final project outputs, (mainly Slovak) participants put their new skills into practice by producing an informational / promotional video. Designed to be shared across INPRO’s and our personal social media channels. Our video serves as both a reflection of our journey and an inspiring invitation for future youth and youth workers to join upcoming Training Courses.
