Drawn Together Training Course

From 4th – 10th November 2025, a short-term Erasmus+ project took place in the Polish town named Puck. The project focused on the use of visual elements in education, in youth work, and in working with groups at risk of exclusion.
Main goals were to teach us what graphic facilitation is and how to find a visual language in an easy but powerful way will help us make our working materials and presentations more exciting and effective.

Creative sessions consisted of energizers, minigames, group work and drawing tips and turning this knowledge into colorful posters.
We were free to organize our evening pragram, so we organized cultural nights, disucussions, and time together with other participants, such as playing board games and dancing traditional Greek dances.
Of course, we also had free time, during which we could explore Puck itself as well as other Polish places such as Hel, Gdynia, Gdańsk..

Our final task, as a revision of what we had learnd during the course, was to plan and prepare a fictional  workshop with activities for people with different learning styles (activist, refelctor, pragmatist and theorist), using visual elements. Thanks to this exercise, we were able to discuss our opinions in more details within our small groups and create something special for the specific group we were assigned by the organizers, while also applying the things we had learned during the course.
Thanks to the organizers, our journey there and back was well taken care of, even though it was very difficult to say goodbye to everybody. We concluded the project in a compliment circle and by receiving the Youthpass certificate.
