Communication Unplugged: Mastering In-Person Connection

The youth exchange will take place between 29.6.-3.7.2026 in Rzeszów, Poland.
Overall goal: To make people believe that international initiatives bring added value and progress to the development of a community.
Project objectives:
- to come together from different countries to learn, grow, and improve their professional skills
- to deepen your understanding of key topics in youth work, whether it’s inclusion, mental health, digital tools, or creative facilitation methods.
- to connect with people who share your passion for working with youth.
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 3-5
Ideal Participant profile:
- youth workers from Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, and Hungary
- workers with young people or in youth organisations
- interested in developing their communication and facilitation skills
- want to deepen their understanding of group dynamics and conflict management
- motivated to learn through experiential and non-formal methods
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 285€ (Green travel only)
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
