Project Organiser: FECE
The youth exchange will take place between 19.-24.5. in Varna, Bulgaria.
Overall goal: to strengthen youth workers’ knowledge, skills, and teaching approaches so they can be more agile and build stronger connections with the young people they work with
Project objectives:
- To support high-quality, engaging education by inspiring youth workers and educators to apply new tools and experiential, gamified learning in their practice.
- To develop new knowledge, skills, and competencies for creating engaging educational materials with NotebookLM and effectively involving young people in learning settings.
- To enhance youth workers’ and educators’ curiosity in the learning process through Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle.
- To foster digital skills and understanding of NFIL, and a learning by doing educational approach.

Ideal Participant profile:
- youthworkers, trainers, teachers, volunteers
- 18+
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309€ (Green travel 417€)
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Bulgaria.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
