TC Mind my Gap

The youth exchange will take place between 3.1.-11.1.2026 in Reggio Calabria, Italy.

Overall goal: Providing a concrete space for participants to understand the relevance of self-awareness and wellbeing competences in their own personal and professional enviroment and balance, and towards the young people they work with.

Project objectives:

• to develop activities oriented to wellbeing and its practice in a daily life of youth workers
• to provide youth workers a space to discuss and analyse experiences, circumstances and expertise on the topics of mental health and wellbeing.
• to enable youth workers and their Organisations to deal with negativity, stress and bad habits.
• to exchange and learn new non-formal education techniques and approaches to use and practise when necessary.
• to help youth workers to adapt to the circumstances and changes, reconnect with environment, nature, life, balance, work and young people.
• to enjoy and return to nature, environment and a good social life.
• to mitigate and cope with the self.
• to implement a qualitative wellbeing youth workers’ experience within the Erasmus+ Programme.

Ideal Participant profile:

• 18+
• Being an active youth worker, educator, and similar profile
• Having a proficiency English to communicate during the project activities
• Being committed to the project activities and to their relevant impact to other youth workers
