Project Organiser: Monomyths
The youth exchange will take place between 13-20.3.2026 in Calarasi, Romania.
Overall goal: To help youth workers create learning experiences using neuroscience, learning theories, and practical experience design tools.
Project objectives:
Understand how people learn and retain information.
Apply learning design models and frameworks
Explore learner types, cognitive biases, and major learning theories.
Use game-based learning for engagement.
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 3
Ideal Participant profile:
- Youth workers primarily, as well as youth leaders and volunteers actively working with young people and interested in learning design, non-formal education, and improving the impact of educational activities.
- Fluent in English
- Must be 18+ y. o.
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Romania.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
