YE: ExciteMENT- Rediscovering Joy and Passion through Nature

The youth exchange will take place between 16.6.2025 and 24.6.2025 in Romania, Bacau – Harja.

Overall goal: ExciteMENT is a 7-day adventure in nature where you can reconnect with what truly excites you. Through fun, creative, and reflective activities, you’ll explore your passions, break free from routine, and recharge your energy. It’s a safe space to be yourself, try new things, and feel inspired again.

Project objectives:

• Explore what excitement means on a personal level and how it influences well-being and motivation.
• Understand how stress and routine can affect emotions, creativity, and personal fulfillment.
• Experience the benefits of reconnecting with joy, play, and curiosity through non-formal methods.
• Discover ways to bring more excitement and emotional awareness into daily life and youth work.

Ideal Participant profile:

• 18-30 years old
• Young people feeling low energy or boredom, open to rediscovering excitement through active and reflective experiences.
• Comfortable living simply in a traditional Romanian village, surrounded by nature, with limited comfort and no nearby shops.
