Inside Out Youth Mobility
Project Organiser: Youthfully Yours SK
The youth mobility will take place between 19th August (arrival day) in 24th August 2026 (departure day) in Jahodná, Košice, Slovakia.
Overall goal: To give young people opportunity to explore outdoor education and equip them with tools for successful outdoor activities and cooperation.
Project objectives:
Help participants orient better in the nature, and stay calm even in difficult, unexpected situations
Equip participants with basic wilderness skills such as building a shelter, obtaining water or starting a fire
Encourage participants to think more sustainably, reflect on their impact on the planet, and make more responsible environmental choices in everyday life
Support personal development by strengthening cooperation skills, such as ability to solve problems in groups and work effectively with others
Promote intercultural learning, connection, and peer support
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 25
Ideal Participant profile:
- 15-18 years old
- Motivated to develop basic wilderness skills
- Can communicate in English
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Slovakia.
Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
