SV LeaderShift: Youth Initiatives

The youth exchange will take place between 17.08.2026 – 21.08.2026.
Overall goal: Participants will discover what the city does for young people, and what young people are doing for the city.
Project objectives:
- Step inside the youth work initiatives, institutions and local spaces that
make Rzeszów an inspiring place for youth engagement. - Through interactive workshops, study visits and informal
exchanges, you will explore how local communities
support young people, how young people shape the city,
and how different organizations create spaces for
participation, creativity and inclusion. - Share what works in your own context, map
community needs, discuss youth engagement strategies and
build new connections
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 3-6
Ideal Participant profile:
- Age: 18+
- work directly with young people or in youth organizations
- interest in youth engagement, community development, and local youth initiatives
- will to exchange good practices and build new international connections
- motivation to learn through experiential and non-formal methods
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 100 EUR (only Green Travel)
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
