The youth exchange will take place between 17 – 23. 05. 2026
Overall goal: TAT – Train Alive Trainers is an advanced Training Course focused on deepening participants’ identity as trainers and their impact in a wider social and educational context. Building on previous experience, the project supports youth workers in exploring self-awareness, advanced facilitation, and the social role of training, using reflective and experiential non-formal education approaches.
Project objectives:
- To deepen self-awareness and personal training style as a trainer.
- To strengthen advanced facilitation and group process competences.
- To explore the role and responsibility of trainers in social and community contexts.
- To support meaningful learning design for diverse and intercultural group.

Ideal Participant profile:
- Youth Workers, Youth Leaders and Facilitators
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309 Euro
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Romania.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
