Project Organiser: Klaster
The youth exchange will take place between 17-23.1.2026 in Beskid Mały, Poland.
Overall goal: To explore how simple, responsible AI can support learning, inclusion, and everyday youth work.
Project objectives:
- Turn needs into AI outputs: create useful worksheets, micro-activities,
quizzes, and summaries that match your group. - Make it accessible: design clear, inclusive materials (plain language, readable layout, captions/ALT text where needed).
- Work with quality: follow plan → test → feedback → improve, with builtin fact-checking and data care (privacy & safe inputs).
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 3
Ideal Participant profile:
- 18+
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: Based on the distance. More info about calculation to be found in the Infopack
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
