The youth exchange will take place between 13nd and 21st of October 2025 in Puck, Poland

Overall goal: To equip youth workers with participatory photography methods to help young people at risk of exclusion to share their own stories and build connections across cultures

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 3-4

Ideal Participant profile:

• 18+ 
• Youth workers, educators and volunteers in youth work 
• Experienced in working with youth at risk 
• Open to new methodologies and willing to learn photography-based tools and methods (no previous skills are required) 
• Committed to organize dissemination events and provide quality project visibility 
• Being able to communicate freely in English (both speaking and writing)

Important information:

Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309€ (green travel: 417€)

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.

• Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
• All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
