TC The EQ Effect: Creating Inclusive Spaces for Young People

The training course will take place between 16th of July till  23rd of July.

Overall goal: Conflict management based on emotional
intelligence and communication for preventing radicalisation of
marginalised young people.

Project objectives:

• Strengthen youth workers’ understanding of key competences in emotional
intelligence, conflict management, and effective communication.

• Equip participants with practical methods and tools to develop emotional
intelligence, manage conflicts constructively, and improve communication in
youth work settings.

• Support participants in transferring acquired methods and techniques to
their daily work with young people, including those with fewer opportunities.

• Promote the exchange of good practices, experiences, and approaches
related to the professional development of youth workers across different
contexts.

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 3

Ideal Participant profile: youth workers/volunteers with 1+ year experience working with youth

Age: 20+

Important information:

Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309€ (Green travel: 417€)

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in ITALY. 

  • Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
  • All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
