YE Creative AD-Venture

The youth exchange will take place between 26nd of October and 4th of November in Řásná, Czech republic.
Overall goal: To empower young people to develop creative and sustainable tourism ideas that promote responsible travel, intercultural dialogue, and respect for local heritage. Through interactive workshops, group work, and local exploration, participants will gain entrepreneurial skills, collaborate in an international setting, and create content that highlights alternative tourism practices benefiting local communities.
Project objectives:
- To raise awareness of sustainable and responsible tourism as a means to preserve local cultures and promote community-based travel.
- To develop creative and entrepreneurial skills for designing innovative tourism experiences.
- To foster intercultural dialogue and collaboration among young people from diverse backgrounds.
- To inspire youth-led initiatives that promote sustainable tourism
- To enhance critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership while creating impactful content on sustainable tourism.

Ideal Participant profile:
- Participants 18+
- Group leader 20+
- Engaged in the topic
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 210€ (required to use green travel)
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Czech Republic.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
