The youth exchange will take place between 1st of September 2025 and 5th of September 2025 in Rzeszów, Poland.
Overall goal: To strengthen your soft skills and grow as confident, creative, and socially aware individuals
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 5+1
Ideal Participant profile:
- 18+ for Leader
- 18-30 for participants
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: Based on the distance, ONLY Green travel
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
