Project Organiser: FECE
The youth exchange will take place between 20.-26.9.2026 in Varna, Bulgaria.
Overall goal: To introduce young people to active citizenship by engaging them with various forms of content creation.
Project objectives:
- To raise awareness of the core issues that concern young Europeans (e.g. mental health, information overload, work-life balance, sustainability).
- To acquire storytelling skills as a tool to engage and voice the perspectives of young EU citizens.
- To acquire new knowledge about storytelling in different audiovisual formats (photography, videomaking, and podcasting).
- To highlight the importance of the European Union in supporting youth’s perspectives and young people’s personal and professional development.
- To raise awareness of the European Youth Strategy (2019-2027) and its corresponding 11 EYGs.

Age : 18-30 years old
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309€/417€ (Green travel)
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Bulgaria.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
