YE Mental Health
Project Organiser: Asociația de Tineri Din Ardeal (ATA)
The youth exchange will take place between 22nd and 31st of October in Cristuru Secuiesc, Romania.
Overall goal: The project is focused on mental health in everyday life. Gives a chance for young people from different backgrounds to come together and explore how to take care of their mental wellbeing through daily routines, healthy habits, self-awareness, and connection with others. The goal is to help participants build practical skills that improve their mental health, understand how to manage stress, recognise lighter mental health issues, and find ways to support themselves and their peers.
